I am curious as I live there and we recently saw a home that we were told was owned by an investment group with a similar name. The thing is the home was bought in April 2009 and recently fell out of escrow, and is back on the market. Thoughts? To LA Architect. There are several condo projects that aren't selling. I wonder how much those prices will come down. Currently they are asking $400 - $500 or so per square foot...but not selling a thing. It would cost at least $20,000 just to de-uglify it enough so you could stand to keep your cookies inside you, to say nothing about making it livable.
