@ Greg also, you forgot to mention the people who made money hand over fist by SELLING their properties. Oh yea, I forgot, that's how CRONY CAPITALISM works. Blame and victimize the victims, not the perpetrators. People like you make me want to...well, accept the fact you deserve what you get.

@ Greg - ROFLMFAO!!! Your an a-hole who speaks without truth. (that's partial opinion and partial truth). I make my living by busting my a$$ at the same job I've held for over 20 years.
My morality is based upon a man's word and actions, and yours would get you held accountable in a heartbeat (read, step outside buddy).
You're quite the man to hurl insults and attack people because you can hide behind your keyboard. If we were standing in the street you wouldn't say jack sh1T to me unless you had a weapon or martial training. Keep to the FACTS and you might do well, but then again, with racists nothing works, they are like child molesters, they don't understand what they do is wrong.

To everyone who has been reading these comments. A lot of this discussion is about who is too blame and who is the victim. My belief is the buck stops with the participants.
<
If you bought a house in the bubble, you fell into the trap of the hype. You knew what you were doing when you signed the loan, you knew how much you were spending, then you found out that you made a bad decesion. you lost.
<
If you were a lender and you lent to a dead beat and they defaulted too bad. You lost.

<
If you were a politican, or ethnic lobbiest who pushed to lower lending standards to help your "Community", you screwed your people royal.
<
If you were in a position of power in the Fed. Res. or Government oversite, you have probably wrecked the economy for long time to come. History will remember you as glorious failure.
<
Some times things are not that complex.

Swiller.
Criticism from a guy like you, who makes a living getting dead beat borrowers to statigicly default, and find ways not pay their bills, Then cry's "where is the accountability". disqualifies you from offering any type of criticism about matters relating to accountability or morality.

Swiller , I just want to add that it is empowering not to have to live under the shackles of political correctness, you should try it some time.
