		<description>I&#039;ve just come across your website--fine work!  As a longtime LA-dwelling renter, I confess to wanting to buy once most of the air is out of the bubble.  I&#039;d be very appreciative of any articles that would guide buyers toward understanding the signs that we&#039;re nearing a market bottom.  I know how that tends to work in the stock market, but am not sure how much of that carries over into real estate.  Even if it does  (insder buying, for example), I wouldn&#039;t know how to spot it.  Your insigths would be much appreciated.</description>
